Towards the tail-end of the 2008 NFL Season, Giants receiver Amani Toomer showed that he still had the ability to stretch the defense in this divisional matchup with Washington, running a route down the right sideline and making an over-the-shoulder grab in traffic before crossing the goal line for a 40-yard score. The touchdown would be the final one Toomer would score in his career, which saw him go down as the most prolific receiver in team history.
